Know how to get Heart-Centered?

Living from our hearts brings centeredness, peace, compassionate understanding, love and an untold number of benefits to our lives and the world around us. So how is it that we get heart-centered? There has been many ways to do it, but I will just focus on the one that has been the most practical for me.

Step One: Bring Your Awareness to Your Heart. If you want place your right hand there and feel the slight pressure of your hand on the center of your chest, you may. Feel the warmth of your hand. Or you may just bring your focus within your heart by sensing your heartbeat and the natural warmth there.

Step Two: Breath. Breath in deeply through your nose and imagine as the air fills your lungs that they are filling with Love. Feel the warmth in the center of you chest. As you Exhale, imagine the Love expanding through to the rest of your body. Feel the warmth follow this.

Step Three: See a Light within the Heart. It is a golden white Light that is soft, brilliant and beautiful. See it expand out with your Exhale too and on the inhale go deeper into it.

Step Four: Expand your Heart Light. As you breath, see your Heart-Light expanding until it fills up every single cell in your body and then flows out through your pores out to All that you are.

Step Five: Live from your Heart. Feel the wonderful feelings of Peace, calmness, centeredness and Love. Dive as deeply as you wish into these blissful experiences and experiment in living your life this way...I dare ya :)

Importance of walking and living from your Heart :)

On a personal note: Spirit is really impressing upon my heart and mind the theme of the Leopard, by having it show up in my outer reality 3 times already :) I share this with you in order for you to gain an better understanding of how serendipity works and to show you what is possible in your life too :)

1. First time I experienced Leopard theme was when I asked Spirit which Gemisphere therapeutic necklace is highest and best for me in alignment with my intention of being of the highest and best Service to the Light/Spirit/God, myself, family, earth human family and beloved Terra. (I will write a brief article soon on this amazing new discovery we have made of a healing and therapeutic tool that is available for all of us to enhance our life, heal ourselves and our earth and align further with our divine Light). Spirit led me to Leopard Magic! (above is a pic of this beautiful therapeutic necklace :)
2. The second time the Leopard theme came into my life was at a friend's home. There was a beautiful painting of an angel with Leopards in the middle of the angel's heart.
3. Celia Fenn's message on last night's full moon (Jan 20, 2011), which happened to be a Wolf/Leopard Moon :)

I am humbled an amazed at how Spirit works in our lives :) I invite you to put your awareness in your heart, breath and feel the Love and Peace that are always there for us. This is a wonderful exercise of awareness that I do especially when I am feeling rushed, overwhelmed or being pulled in too many directions (as often happens being a mami of 4 :) ).

Lets go back to Celia Fenn's message.

Below I will share with you what touched my heart and will help us both in further aligning with our Higher Selves, Divine Mind and living from a heart-centered place.

In this next paragraph she speaks about the importance of us making a conscious choice to become responsible earth stewards. She gives some needed suggestions on how to approach this. She, also explains what has been going on on a spiritual level with our energy bodies :)

As we move into the Fifth Dimension and the New Earth reality, we have to begin to think differently and to accept responsibility for what we are creating. The rain cleanses, but much of the damage and destruction is due to the way in which we are working with the land and our lack of awareness of what our actions are doing. We need to make a conscious step to ask forgiveness of the Earth to let her know that we love her and all her peoples...The Earth is asking us to think and feel and to begin to be responsible. We are, of course, being helped in this process in every possible way from the Spiritual Higher Dimensions of Light. In the course of this month, we have been activating the Cosmic Diamond Light Body, that is giving those of us who make this shift immense energy and power and immediate connection to Cosmic energy sources. That is why so many of you have been experiencing strange energy phenomena in your lives, and strange accidents and events. The power of this new energy flow, connected to the Platimun Ray and the creative power of the Shekinah, creates intense vortexes and eddies of light in your Light Body as it comes on line and settles down.

But, when it does, you feel the most immense peace and joy, and yes, the power to begin solving things that seemed impossible, both in your own lives and within the Planetary Reality.

The above highlighted sentence is where we will be more and more as we continue opening our hearts to the Love and Light and limitless possibilities that are within each one of us!! She articulates so beautifully my hope for all of us :)

This next paragraph really jumped out at me, as it is what I have been guided to do more and more. She expresses so beautiful the formula for how we should proceed from living from our Hearts, being anchored in oneness with our Higher Self, Source and Mother Earth first, asking for guidance and then proceeding to act.

This includes living in more conscious and sustainable ways in relation to the Earth. But, I am also guided to remember that I am now living in a "Vertical Reality". The third dimension was a "horizantal reality", where movement on the horizantal axes of time and space defined life. It was important to "do" things and to keep moving forward in order to make life work for you. But now, on the vertical axis of the Fifth Dimension, it is necessary to first connect with the consciousness of the Higher Self and the Divine Mind, as well as the Earth consciousness as expressed through the Earth grids, before making any movements on the horizantal or material planes.

This means that the Divine Feminine energy is what takes primacy in the New Earth. To work with this new energy, means first to center in the Heart in Peace and Calm, to feel what is asked of you within that space and in connection with All That Is, and then to make choices for your life based on what is felt on a deep level. The Feminine energy takes the first step, and then the masculine energy can act in the world. And, with the powerful new Platinum Shekinah energy that is infusing the new grids, there is a powerful creative energy that is leading to almost immediate manifestation in the material realms.

I challenge you to live as much as you can this week from your heart and see the difference it makes! Then keep choosing to live from here :)
